2010 1st Annual Yvonne Paquette Memorial Golf Tournament 
Sunday July 25th 2010 
Canadian Golf & Country Club 1pm Start

This is our 1st annual tournament in support of Lung Cancer. The Yvonne Paquette Memorial Tournament will be be held at the Canadian G&C Club on Sunday July 25th 2010
Your day includes welcome package, golf with shared cart, dinner and prizes. If you have guests that would like to come for dinner only please register them under the "Dinner Only Option Yvonne Paquette Memorial Tournament.
