All sessions are booked for a total of 55 minutes (the last 5 minutes of your 1 hour booking are reserved for sanitization). Your session will cover time to warm up, a 30 minute lesson, and practice time following your lesson.

Booking Policy...

All session are booked and paid for by the hour and include a 5 minute cleaning buffer, extensions will not be granted.
Lessons are limited to 1 person and the teaching professional. Guests are not welcome to spectate at this time due to physical distancing requirements.
Masks are mandatory until you arrive at your hitting bay. Our staff will be equipped with a mask at all times.
Please only arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson. If you arrive early, please remain in your car so we can ensure no overlapping of groups.
Prepayment is required for your booking. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance.
Indoor shoes are required, remove outdoor shoes upon entrance.
Club & ball rentals are not available at this time. Please ensure your clubs are cleaned off prior to arrival.
As per the City of Ottawa Bylaw, last call for alcohol is 8:45pm and all patrons must be out no later than 10:00pm.
We will have a limited food and drink menu and will not be accepting cash at this time. Payment options include Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
Please be advised, there is no elevator or wheelchair access to the simulator area. You must be able-bodied enough to walk and carry your clubs up a flight of stairs.
Club points will only be awarded to Club Members for 50% of their booking (not applicable towards lesson portion of the booking).
Points cannot be redeemed for simulator bookings.
Lesson packages/certificates are not accepted for simulator bookings.
You will receive 2 emails upon completion of your booking. 1 is a receipt for your records (sent by danielle@canadiangolfclub.com).
The other includes all your booking details and how to access the simulators (sent by noreply@sesami.co). Please check your junk mail if you do not receive a copy.
