If you book for 1 hour you have 55 minutes of play time

If you book for 2 hours you have 1 hour & 55 minutes of play time

If you book for 3 hours you have 2 hour & 55 minutes of play time

If you book for 4 hours you have 3 hour & 55 minutes of play time

Booking Policy...

• All session are booked and paid for by the hour and include a 5 minute cleaning buffer, extensions will not be granted in the event participants are unable to finish their round.
• Each simulator can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. No exceptions will be made due to Covid restrictions and spacing in the room. 
• Masks are mandatory unless you are seated at your hitting bay
• Please only arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before your scheduled booking. If you arrive early, please remain in your car so we can ensure no overlapping of groups. 
• Prepayment is required for your booking. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance. 
• Indoor shoes are required, remove outdoor shoes upon entrance.
• Club & ball rentals are not available at this time. Please ensure your clubs are cleaned off prior to arrival. 
• WHITE golf balls are required and cannot have any marker ink or dirt on them to be picked up by the trackman. 
• The Canadian Golf & Country Club will not be held liable for any lost or damaged clubs.
• We will have a limited food and drink menu and will not be accepting cash at this time. Payment options include Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
• As per the City of Ottawa Bylaw, last call for alcohol is 8:45pm and all patrons must be out no later than 10:00pm. 
• Please be advised, there is no elevator or wheelchair access to the simulator area. You must be able-bodied enough to walk and carry your clubs up a flight of stairs.  
• Club points will only be awarded to Club Members & same day public simulator bookings. For more information on our point system, click here.
• Points cannot be redeemed for simulator bookings.
• You will receive 2 emails upon completion of your booking. 1 is a receipt for your records (sent by danielle@canadiangolfclub.com).
  The other includes all your booking details and how to access the simulators (sent by noreply@sesami.co). Please check your junk mail if you do not receive a copy.
