Instructions for Bidding

  1. You will be required to create an account so that we can inform you if you place a winning bid on an item

    - To create an account visit: https://canadiangolfclub.com/account/login
    - If you already have a login from making a purchase on canadiangolfclub.com previously you can simply login to your account from the same link.
    - If you forget your password you can use the link above to reset your password

  2. Browse the items available for auction. All rates you see from the main page are the items value, you must click on the item to view bidding information.

  3. Once you click on an item, you will find the current bid and the next minimum bid allowed based on the minimum bid increments.

  4. To make a bid, type in your bid and press the "place my bid" button. 

  5. You can also set an automatic bid which will bid on your behalf up to the designated amount. To do this, you simply click on "place automatic bid" and enter the maximum bid you would like to make. This will place a bid on your behalf following the minimum bid increments until your maximum bid is reached.

  6. Once an auction closes, the winner will have 24 hours to complete their purchase using Visa Debit, Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Google Pay or Shop Pay. If the sale is not finalized by this time the next highest bidder will be contacted and assigned the winning bid.

Pick Up Instructions

  1. Items will be available for pick up at the Carleton Place Chamber of Commerce Office after Saturday September 19th
  2. Online payment for the items are required
