How far in advance should we book?

What are the minimum and maximum golfer numbers?

Tee-time events: Minimum 24 golfers; we can accommodate as many players as the day’s tee sheet allows.

What happens if it rains?
Our raincheck policy applies any time it rains during the round. Golfers may continue or stop play at their discretion (we only clear the course in extreme or unsafe conditions). Regardless, every golfer receives a complimentary green fee with power cart for supporting your event. Dinner proceeds as planned so your fundraising can continue uninterrupted.

What support do you provide?
We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop. Need help with registration gifts, sponsorship ideas, signage, or logistics? We can assist with all of it. Our goal is simple: make your event as successful and stress-free as possible.

Do you provide volunteers?
While we do not supply volunteers for on-course contests or fundraising, our dedicated tournament setup team ensures your signage, supplies, and volunteer stations are fully set up on event day.

What are the meal options? Can we bring our own catering?
Outside catering is not permitted, but our Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team will happily work with you to build a customized menu that suits your event. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

What does it cost to host a tournament?
We don't use flat-rate pricing. Instead, we base pricing on historical data for your selected date and time to ensure you receive the best possible value — especially for charity events.

Over the years, we’ve observed, refined, and implemented countless ideas to make hosting an event at The Canadian easy and efficient. Our philosophy is simple: provide a turnkey, hassle-free experience that results in exceptional value and happy golfers.
We have a full-time, year-round Event Coordinator available to support you at every stage — from brainstorming ideas and answering committee questions to finalizing details and placing corporate orders.
On tournament day, the player experience stays front and center. Our facilities are centrally located — the driving range, bag drop, putting green, and clubhouse are all within a two-minute walk. With thoughtful touches like cart windshields and bag protectors, we’ve looked after every detail that elevates your event.
