FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 2022

This year’s tournament is now open for Hydro Ottawa employees and retirees to register! It will support a new beneficiary: THE OTTAWA FOOD BANK.

The Ottawa Food Bank is the main emergency food provider in the National Capital Region. They are on a mission to create a healthier city by empowering people, increasing access to healthy food, and advocating for systemic change to reduce food insecurity. 

All proceeds from this year’s tournament will be dedicated to the Ottawa Food Bank’s home delivery program which provides safe access to food for those unable to leave their home. Since its launch, more than 4,000 individuals have received five to seven days’ worth of fresh and non-perishable food!

A reminder that employees who play in the tournament need to request and receive approval for a vacation day and pay the employee entry fee of $90. For clarity, this policy also applies to employees that are invited to play by supporting vendors.

Tentative Tournament Agenda - Times below are estimates and will be finalized closer to the event

7:30am Players can arrive to warm up, enjoying a buffet breakfast

9:45am Players return to their carts and head to their starting hole

10am Shotgun Start for all players

4pm After round social reception and dinner with award presentations
