Thanks for checking out our online registration system, hopefully this template will help you understand how we can help you handle the registration process for your event in a smooth and stress free manner! Several years ago it was brought to our attention that one of the hardest parts about running a tournament, was getting people to register and pay! This Online system will allow people to register themselves and their guests (if they so choose) and also collect payment.
Here you can tell everyone about your event and what is happening that day, maybe what charity you are supporting and why. This online registration system is offered free of charge to our events as we realize you have a full time job and organizing the golf tournament is not it! We can set up your event in about half an hour when provided with all the required information.
We normally suggest you list the time line for the day
11:30am: Registration Opens
1:00pm: Start Time (Shotgun Start)

When a golfer registers all parties, including the tournament organizer(s), tournament participant(s), and the ProShop will be sent a confirmation email. All funds collected will be credited onto the tournament account at the club. When registration closes which is usually about 1 week prior to the event we send you an excel document with all the players. You then assign the foursomes to their starting holes and send it back to us. We use the information provided and upload it onto our tournament software program which allow us to pre-print name tags for the club shuttling, scorecards and electronic display of golfers names on our Visage GPS system on each golf cart.
Having people find your event registration site is easy we send you a hyper-link which you can forward to your players in and email or place on a website. We would also be happy to list your event on our Charity Events page.
