2025 CCV Community Membership - all funds collected are remitted to the CCV Community Association!
As a reminder, here are some examples of how we allocate membership funds to help the community...
- Community beautification like the entrance signs, gardens ,trees, flowers & more
- Social get togethers such as Jingle n' Mingle, AGM, BBQ, kids activities
- Activism and outreach with other community groups and associations to protect the health of our water and the cleanliness of our public spaces
- Community awareness campaigns like Neighbourhood Watch, fire safe awareness, information on noxious plants etc.
All of us who live in Country Club Village are pretty lucky to live in such an amazing community! Over the last several years, residents of the community have come together to spend time together, build friendships, and to keep CCV safe and clean. The Community Association has fund-raised to administer special projects like new entrance signs at the Westleigh entrance - and to host community events.
The association also plays a big role in negotiating discounted pricing on CCV community essential needs like propane, chimney cleaning, septic maintenance, asphalt sealing and many more. In addition, we stay on top of any changes to zoning etc. that may impact our community - and represent CCV when voicing support or concerns.
As we continue to grow community spirit, your dedicated volunteer association is seeking funding to continue with special projects to make CCV even better!
As a proud member of the community, we are asking that you consider supporting these community initiatives by making an annual donation/commitment to the CCV Community Association of $30 per household. This small amount will go a long way to deliver continued support and funding for programs that benefit all of us lucky residents!
In addition, the Canadian Golf & Country Club is providing the following added value for your $30 household donation...
Your $30 CCV Community Membership gives residents of Country Club Village discounts at the Canadian Golf & Country Club without being a full playing member of the golf course.
Each family member residing in CCV will receive:
- Each CCV family member will have a unique account and will require a unique email address
- 10% in Loyalty points on all green fees, cart rentals, range balls, club rentals, purchases, and all take-out food orders and dine in orders at Everett’s Lounge and Patio purchases. You do not receive Loyalty points on alcoholic beverages.
- 10% off regular time of day green fee rates
- 20% off regular price apparel, member pricing on all soft goods and clubs (best price guarantee )
- 2 for 1 range baskets any size after 6pm
- $10 club rentals - regular price $25!
Rent to own program all rentals will be credited to purchase of golf clubs in same calendar year.
- Kids (16 and under) play the East course Free Weekends after 4pm with paying adult. Limit one free green fee per paid green fee.
- Free Junior club rentals (please reserve when booking tee time)
- Loyalty points can be redeemed for green fees, cart rentals, range balls and club rentals
